I was one of the first through the door on your grand opening and despite wanting a steak (on the launch of s steakhouse) I could not resist the Lockside Black Bun. Absolutely fantastic, looks great, cooked to perfection and coupled with how we were looked after eating outside (the hot water bottles were an inspired addition!) it was a great experience. Heading back shortly for a run at one of the steak options. Well done and good luck post covid guys!
Food was unreal! and Jay the bar manager was top draw, his speciality in cocktails, you have to try the cream of the lock! Will definitely return. Thank you!
Lovely decor, better atmosphere. Staff were friendly, well-presented and attentive. Cocktails were freshly made and delicious. The food, obviously, was the main event. Steak temperatures were spot on, nice seasoned and great quality. Cannot recommend highly enough. Definitely will be returning
Absolutely amazing all round. Stacey was our waiter and was perfect and even took a min out to interact with our little one. All other staff were also very polite, professional and all looked happy to be there. The food was 2nd to non can honestly say it was the best meal we have had in a while and really enjoyed it.
Love the fact you can see into the kitchen via the opening in the seating area. Clearly a very clean and well organised kitchen. Also a lovely decor and atmosphere.
Would 100% recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back, worth every penny. 5*
