At Lockside we are happy for you to get in touch anyway you like but we also want you to get answers as quickly as possible.

How to pay for an online table booking ?

You can pay when making the booking using your credit or debit card through our online merchant Stripe.

How do I get a Black Card at Lockside ?

We will release the details on the BlackCard as soon as possible.

Is it possible to request special services at our table ?

Yes. When making a booking you can select the service as they become available and a member of the team will be in touch to go through the details.

What is the largest party size you cater for ?

For bookings of more than 12 please contact us directly and we can accommodate your party as we have large indoor and outdoor capacities.

How do we work with Lockside if we are a local business ?

Call or email us to explain how you would like to work with us whether it is to supply us or advertise with us.

Do you offer any advertising services ?

Yes, these packages are being confirmed but will include screen advertising in the venue through to ad space on our websites and social media.

Can we stock your meat, sauces or other staple items in our shop ?

Yes, if it's on our menu or on our bar we are happy to supply you. Call and ask for Matt or Katie and they will sort everything out for you.

Do you have any other locations ?

We have a Cafe and as for any other steakhouses, watch this space!
